Providescustomerswithbusiness,technical,andproductknowledge.
Develops/executeseffectivesuccessplanstodrivecustomeroutcomes.
Educatescustomersonhowexistingandnewproductfeatures/functionalitywillcontributetothe growthoftheirbusiness.
WorkscloselywithCSleadershiptodefineandexecutebestpracticesforaccountmanagement.
AssistsothersatOutSystemsastheysupportthecustomersintheirdigitalizationjourney.
WorkscloselywithAccountExecutivesandTechnicalSuccessManagerstoidentifyandnurture
customerrenewalandgrowthopportunitiestoclosure.
ActsastheVoiceoftheCustomer.Identifiesandquantifiesthekeyfactorsforcustomersuccess andthencommunicatesthemeffectivelytodrivethesolutionsprovidedbyOutSystems.Develops aplantomeetthiscriterionbasedonregularlycadencedcommunicationswiththecustomer (QBRs,ExecutiveMeetings,etc.).
Bringsintelligentandrelevantproductfeedbackandrecommendationsfromcustomersbackto theProductManagementteam
DevelopsaplantoincreasethepenetrationatyourCustomersthatprovidesforincreased
OutSystemsexecutivevisibility.
Abilitytodrivecomplexadoptionscenarios,understandhowtodrivecustomersthroughthe EvolvingandScalingphases,andpitchingthevalueoftheOutSystemsCenterofExcellence
Qualifications
5+years’experienceinacustomerfacingrole
ExperienceinaTechnicalAccountManagement,CustomerSuccessManagement,Solution
Engineering/Architecture,orProfessionalServicesrole
ExperiencewithlargeenterprisecustomersinaSaaSrevenuemodel
Trackrecordofconsistentlydeliveringprojects,drivingsuccessfultechnicalprograms,and
managingtechnicalaccounts
ExperienceworkingwithatechnicalcustomerbaseandcorporateITprojectsandprocesses
Provenabilitytoleadpeopleinternallyandexternallytodriveoutcomes
Ahighlyquantitativeapproachtounderstanding,measuring,andforecastingcustomerbehavior andrevenue
Abilitytoworkacrossgeographiesandcultures
Bachelor’sDegree(orequivalent)orhigher
