Title: Secret Advanced Cost Analyst

Location: VA-Dahlgren

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Advanced Cost Analyst to join our team supporting a complex weapon system supporting the DoD. The position can be worked 100% remotely with having to go onsite once per month to Dahlgren, VA. Salary ranges from $140k-$180k per year depending on years of experience, qualifications, degree, etc. On a day to day basis, the Cost Analyst responsibilities include:

Assisting in execution of DoD business operations doing Cost Estimating and Modeling, Cost Analysis, Cost Data Analysis and Collection, and Affordability Analysis

Develop dost models and incorporate cost risk analysis

Coordinate information with programs and functional areas conducting data normalization, statistical analysis and empirical analyses using applicable databases

Develop initial cost data collection plans and validation methods for earned value and other contractor cost data reporting requirements

Assist in the preparation of prioritized requirements lists and their justification

Required Skills & Experience

Active DoD Secret Security clearance

BS/BA in a related field and 5+ years of applicable experience

Experience utilizing ACEIT to conduct Cost Analysis

Experience conducing Cost Estimating and Modeling, Cost Analysis, Cost Data Analysis and Collection, and Affordability Anaysis supporting DoD progams

MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

MS Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or related field

Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT) certification
