How you’ll make an Impact

Serve as a SharePoint developer for enterprise application development projects. This person will be responsible for translating high-fidelity prototype created by our UI/UX team into a SharePoint site. This person will work within a Scrum team alongside UI/UX professionals, QA Automation engineers, analysts, fellow developers, and project managers. This role reports to the Director of Application Development.

Summary of Location and Hours

100% remote

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST

What you will be doing

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including intranet portals, workflows, and integrations with enterprise applications.

Customize SharePoint Online and On-Premises using Power Automate, Power Apps, SPFx, and other development tools.

Manage SharePoint governance, permissions, and security to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Support SharePoint migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server databases, including those supporting SharePoint environments.

Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and proactive monitoring.

Ensure database security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place and effective.

Develop and maintain ETL processes for seamless data integration across platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve database and SharePoint-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and IT teams to support data-driven decision-making and enterprise-wide solutions.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have

BS in Computer Science

3+ years of Backend development experience

4+ years professional experience developing SharePoint sites, both on prem and M365

Scrum/Agile experience

Experience in SharePoint framework, building sites in hybrid environments, developing and administrating

Basic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packaging to deploy DEV to PROD

Strong knowledge of .Net framework (C#), IIS, Azure AD, and SharePoint site configuration

Strong data and system analysis skills

Team-player mentality with the ability to work within a collaborative environment

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types

Proven track record of successful projects

Excellent analytical skills and ability to learn quickly

High motivation and desire to grow the client relationships and exceed project expectations

Required language skills

Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally

Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $90,000.00 and $106,000.00 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus if applicable, not all roles are subject to a bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt

Any remote work away from a team member’s normal expected dedicated safe workspace must be requested by team member, is subject to review by management, and must adhere to Ntiva policies and procedures.
