About the role
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a “Working Student – People & Culture” for our headquarters in Munich, to support our international team in the German business unit. This person will work closely with our Office & Feel Good Manager, the German People & Culture team and of course all departments in the Munich offices. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with a truly global, dynamic team and have a positive impact on the L&D tech industry right from the start.
What you will do with us
Office and travel management: travel planning, ordering office supplies, telephone contracts, postal and courier services, obtaining offers
Responsibility for mail and receipt
Developing new strategies to increase employee engagement through wellbeing initiatives
Planning and implementation of various national and international trade fairs as well as internal workshops and events
Supporting the global Talent Acquisition team in selecting and hiring new Speexxies in Germany
Supporting our People & Culture Manager with personnel-related matters and preparatory payroll
Support with workplace design (office refurbishment, health and safety measures, etc.)
What we are looking for
You are currently enrolled as a student and will remain so for the next 9-12 months in a field of study such as psychology, business administration, sociology, law, human resources management, social sciences or similar.
You enjoy office and feel-good management
You enjoy communicating with people from all over the world and are a team player
Fluent German and English are a must, other languages are an advantage
Availability for 20 hours per week (with flexible working hours)
You are based in Munich and have the opportunity to switch between office work and home office in a hybrid model.
