In this part-time, work-from-home* role you’ll be the friendly voice behind the phones, providing exceptional customer service for our valued small business clients. You’ll answer calls, schedule appointments, and leave a lasting positive impression – you are, after all, the first point of contact!

*Candidates must be local to the Hampton Roads area. We do require one shift per month to be worked at our Chesapeake, VA office.

Fun and rewarding work environment

Schedule: We currently have two Part Time shifts available

10 hours weekly

Monday and Friday 9am-2pm

Monday and Friday 1pm-6pm

Competitive compensation:$20 per hour

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a naturally pleasant and charismatic personality

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills

Maintains a professional attitude and appearance

Is a team player with a punctual and dependable work ethic

Types at a minimum of 40 WPM

Work-from-Home Requirements:

High-speed internet with a wired connection (no Wi-Fi)

We will require one shift per month be worked in our Chesapeake, VA office.

We will provide the equipment you need for a home set up
