About the Role

Website Designer

India-Remote OK

Full-Time

We are looking for a Website Designer to join the Creative Studio, who will report into the Creative Director.

Responsibilities

Creating, maintaining, and owning a cohesive design system.

Conducting design audits to improve existing interfaces.

Implementing design principles, including layout, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Leading the design process from start to finish.

Forming UX/UI directives based on research insights, design principles, and best practices.

Exploring solutions and sketching initial design ideas.

Developing detailed designs, including user flows, wireframes, and UI mockups.

Producing final UI mocks and documentation for implementation.

Creating both high and low-fidelity prototypes.

Devising and facilitating design workshops with team members.

Collaborating with product and engineering teams to support design implementation.

Liaising with team members and stakeholders to agree on design project timelines.

Planning and conducting user research and user testing within your user area.

What youll need

Great visual design skills

Proven experience in UI design with a stellar portfolio

Proficiency in Figma

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset

Strong organisational and time management skills
