About the role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing user-centered marketing experiences, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. As a UI/UX Designer in the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with marketing managers, content creators, and developers to create engaging and effective marketing materials and campaigns.

What you’ll do:

Design and optimize user interfaces for marketing campaigns, website pages, landing pages, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and user needs.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for marketing projects.

Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines across all marketing materials.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and digital marketing.

Advocate for the user and ensure a user-centered design approach in all marketing projects.

Requirements

Have 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite etc

Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale clearly

Experience with usability testing and user research

Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
