Fulltime $120,000.00 $130,000.00

We are looking for a Tax Manager who is experienced in overseeing tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, firstlevel or final review, total work quality, and profitability. We offer a flexible work schedule along with half days off in the summer.

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, firstlevel or final review, total work quality, and profitability

Hold primary client responsibility, and, in some cases, oversee specific areas of client service

Complete preparation of more complex tax returns, reviewing easy to medium returns and researching technical issues

Aid business development with clients and nonclients to expand our practice, and beginning to develop prospects

Concentrate on practice development with both prospective and existing clients

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of Public Accounting experience

Bachelors Degree in Accounting

Experience preparing and reviewing complex returns for SCorporations, CCorporations, LLCs, partnerships, high wealth individuals, consolidated, or multistate returns and nonprofits

Strong working knowledge of tax law and other professional standards/regulations
