The Team

Within the Cloud Engineering, the Relativity One Structured Data PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) Team owns, develops and supports the essential structured data platform for Relativity’s flagship product. The Structured Data PaaS is based on SQL Server and Azure cloud technologies and handles orchestration, provisioning, scaling, configuration, and monitoring of data hosted in the platform. The solution is deployed globally and hosts hundreds of terabytes of data and hundreds of thousands of SQL Databases. We are a self-sufficient team, responsible for the whole lifecycle of our product from architecture, planning through development, QA through its maintenance.

As a Senior Software Engineer in our team, your primary mission will be to design, code, test, deploy, and support our Relativity One structured data platform software.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to a Scrum team that builds and maintains large-scale platform in a DevOps environment

Develop?AzureFunctions?and dedicated windows services in .NET6/8 (or Powershell)

Troubleshoot issues by fixing defects and responding to client specific problems

After gathering relevant experience, you will periodically handle customer technical support as a second line of support

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or similar technical degree

At least 5 years of experience in software development processes of commercial-grade systems

Experience developing (including unit tests) in C#

Experience in scripting languages used in infrastructure configuration (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Ruby)

Experience with CI/CD process and tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform

Fluency in English

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of IaC tools like Chef, Ansible, Terraform

Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server

Compensation:

Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between PLN 181 000 and 271 000 gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
