We are looking for a senior design specialist experienced in graphic design and 3D modeling. Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus

Responsibilities:

Create various types of branded graphic designs including websites, ads creatives, presentations, emails, social media images, etc.

Create print materials including brochures, banners, posters, merchandise, etc.

Design event spaces including floor layout planning, lighting, and decor selection, etc.

Create detailed event design proposals and presentations, including sketches, 3D models, blueprint and digital renderings

Requirements:

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat,), Figma, and other relevant design software (AI tools for optimising work are welcome)

Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles, especially as they apply to web and mobile app design in fintech

Experience designing a wide range of marketing materials, from digital ads to print brochures

Familiarity with project management software like Asana, Trello, or Jira to manage design projects and workflows

Skill in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adhering to tight deadlines, often in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design visions, present ideas, ensure clarity in promotional materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, partners

Capacity to think outside the box and bring innovative design solutions that align with the fintech market trends and customer needs

Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends, technologies, and company goals; fast adaptation to workload and marketing needs, optimising work of the team

Ability to tackle design challenges creatively and efficiently, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business goals. Flexibility to adapt designs based on feedback, event scale adjustments, or shifting marketing strategies

Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, including how crypto payment gateways work and the unique design challenges they present

Basic understanding of financial concepts to ensure designs communicate effectively in the context of financial transactions and services

Knowledge of how to leverage designs within broader event marketing strategies to maximize attendance, engagement, and post-event follow-up
