Requirements

With at least 5 years of experience in executive support, you’ll bring leadership and excellence to your role.

Ability to manage personal affairs and plan events. attend critical meetings, your role is pivotal in empowering our CEO to focus on high-value activities.

Management of personal affairs (this is about 50% of your role) such as ordering items, in-depth research for various vendors and services, finding fun things to do, etc.

Experience in effective inbox management

Experience in planning trips & coordinating travel arrangements

Ability to manage complex schedules in a remote work environment.

Attend critical meetings with the CEO and document action items and important information

Exceptional organizational skills, and stellar communication abilities

High proficiency and fluency in English is required for this role

Must be able to work from 8:30AM – 4:30 PM Pacific
