Eaton’s Corporate Sector is seeking a Program Lead – Palantir to oversee all AI projects and serve as a its main point of contact for all communication, coordination, and timeliness of efforts across the enterprise. The role may be located at any of the following locations: Beachwood, OH, Galesburg, MI, Raleigh, NC, Moon Township, PA, Houston, TX, Menomonee Falls, WI. Up to 10% travel may be required, and a hybrid work model is available (3 onsite/2 remote).

As the Program Lead for Palantir, reporting to the IT Director, you will collaborate closely with Product Sponsors, Product Owners, engineers, and other team members to implement the product roadmap. Your responsibilities will include guiding the product development lifecycle, creating user stories, and managing the product backlog. You will ensure adherence to Agile practices and Scrum framework values to enhance efficiency, motivate the team, and drive process improvements. Additionally, you will oversee all Scrum events, ensuring they are positive, productive, and on schedule, while also working to remove any obstacles. This prominent role involves producing a monthly Palantir product newsletter and communicating updates to CSuite, senior leaders and project stakeholders.

In this role you will:

Accountable for overseeing all Scrum teams progress and communicate this progress to value stream leader

Train, mentors, and supports Scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices; as a result, improve the Agile maturity of the team on a continuous basis

Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions

Assists the Product Owner with road mapping, epic creation and decomposition, and multi-sprint planning

Support the estimation and prioritization of user stories

Collect, track, and report Agile metrics on performance and progress

Support the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities

Support the resolution of impediments and escalate where required

Coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and management of dependencies including participation in Scrum of Scrums or related ceremonies where applicable

Ensures a safe and trusting environment for the team to raise and resolve issues

Leads the capacity planning for each sprint

Communicates risks, status and general updates to stakeholders

Support the Product Owner in cost tracking for scrum projects

Your Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in IT product management within a highly collaborative and distributed team environment, leveraging modern product delivery methodologies

Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a track record of producing Agile artifacts

Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles

Extensive knowledge of contemporary software development practices, including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services

At least 10 years of experience as a Product Lead or in a similar role, overseeing highly complex technology projects and programs

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required

Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without company sponsorship now or in the future

The expected annual salary range for this roll is $153,000- $220,000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
