GovCIO is currently hiring for Procurement Department Administrator to support our Corporate Contracts Team. This position will be fully remote within the Unites States.
The Procurement Department Administrative Assistant is targeted towards individuals who have 2+ years of experience in the government prime contractor arena, excellent knowledge of business travel and corporate credit card program management, possesses a bachelor’s degree, is self-motivating and capable of applying problem solving to a variety of complex issues, and works without discernible direction while following established guidelines and policies. Responsibilities
Serve as the GovCIO Global Business Travel (GBT) Travel Program Administrator by actively monitoring requests and providing timely responses and assistance.
Provide subject matter expertise for employees in travel related incidents such as insurance information.
Serve as the GovCIO P-Card Program Administrator to include understanding how to use the administrator platform, troubleshooting on behalf of employees, providing consistent support of company policies and keeping the corporate card files organized.
Actively monitor and maintain employee access based on monthly card utilization and program requirements including timely completion of requests from GovCIO employees for a new P-Card or T&E Card.
Monitor Company P-Card activity in accordance with Company policy and provide assistance in support of monthly reconciliations.
Serve as the GovCIO Travel & Expense (T&E) Card Program Administrator to include providing support to employees, adherence to company policies and keeping the corporate card files organized.
Monitor late payment activity, communicating with employees to ensure timely payments are made and outstanding past due balances are paid timely.
Perform daily Vendor Management roles and responsibilities to include reviewing returned vendor documents such as Representations and Certifications, GovCIO Vendor Data Certification Form, W9 and when applicable Certificates of Insurance for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure timely and accurate setup of new Vendor Records, updates to existing Vendor Records in Deltek Costpoint and updating of the Approve Vendor List of all newly set-up direct bill vendors.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources using software to compile and generate reports, correspondence and presentations.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of experience.
8 years of experience is acceptable in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
Operates and communicates effectively in a team environment, collaborating and coordinating with all stakeholders.
Accountability for decisions and results.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a high pace environment supporting multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibility for self-management and awareness.
Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.
Creates and modifies documents, spreadsheets and presentations using the Microsoft Office suite.
Company Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all topics and issues related to the GovCIO GBT Travel Program.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Preferable working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an âat-will positionâ and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Pay range: $53,770 – $86,030 Annually
