Position: Principal HR Technologies Architect (Workday)
Location: Remote within United States
Responsibilities – What Youll Do:
In tandem with the Principal Business Systems Analyst, the Principal Technical Architect will be a bridge between People & Culture (P&C) and IT, playing a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing efficient and durable business processes within the P&C ecosystem. The Principal Technical Architect is responsible for driving a world-class employee experience through:
Providing technical leadership, influence, and guidance to both the People & Culture (P&C) teams and P&C IT team.
Representing the voice of the employee to deliver a world class user experience
Developing & implementing a technical roadmap for the HR technology stack
Developing & owning a vision for a delightful employee and manager experience at Zscaler, including the definition of personas (and integrating them into how we define our work)
Partner with other IT teams to streamline integrations and processes, providing a seamless experience to employees and managers
Developing a standard process, and a technical roadmap for optimizing Headcount Management
Maturing the P&C IT organization towards Agile delivery (Kanban, and then Scrum)
This role requires a deep understanding of security and networking technologies, along with the ability to understand and interpret organizational dynamics to engage with and positively influence key technology and enterprise architecture decision makers.
Qualifications/Your background:
7+ experience years in implementation and operations of the Workday platform.
Minimum 5+ years of Architect experience in implementing, managing and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment, including proficiency in: Onboarding, Performance, Talent, Succession, Core HR, Compensation, Absence & Time Off, Time Tracking, Security, Integrations/EIB, Core Connectors, Extend, Workday Studio.
A plus if the candidate has proficiency in: People Analytics, Learning, Payroll, Benefits, Prism Insights.
Experience integrating Workday with Greenhouse Recruiting and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD / Employee Center Pro.
Experience of designing workflows to solve business needs with Workday Studio, Core connectors and EIB / Ability Create new integrations to meet the business requirements using various Workday integration tools and technologies.
Proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, JavaScript, and working knowledge in an object-oriented programming language.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$187,000รขยย$220,000 USD
