Role description:

Arcadis is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to Provide PA Support to Global Finance Director Mobility, the Global Mobility Finance team and the North America finance team.

Role accountabilities:

Act as a partner to support the GBA FD, the Global Mobility Finance Team and the North America Finance team

Provide secretarial and administrative support and ensure smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Manage travel arrangements and diary organisation.

Managing and optimizing expenses and ensuring compliance with the Arcadis Travel & Expenses policy and carbon budgets.

Maximize all opportunities to coincide trips with other meetings always considering sustainability.

Arrange and co-ordinate remote and face to face meetings.

Assist in preparation and co-ordination of corporate presentations including monthly and quarterly results.

Assist with ad hoc and special projects as required in a support capacity.

Administer the Finance Intranet sites for North America.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Administration / Business Administration or related discipline

5 years + personal assistant experience in a sizeable organization, preferably in professional services.

Fresh graduates with a proactive attitude & willingness to learn are welcome

Excellent written and spoken English

Advance Microsoft sills including Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint.

High attention to detail

Likes to work as part of a team but equally comfortable working alone

Can work under pressure calmly and thoughtfully

Applies discretion and confidentiality in all matters.

Good and effective communications and interpersonal skills

Dynamic and proactive personality.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $76,500 – $82,200. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
