We’re looking for an exceptional Outbound Sales Specialist to join the superstar team at Too Good To Go based in Madrid
Your mission
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development of our business and the sales team.
Focusing on the area of Madrid, you will report to the Area Manager, but will also have a high degree of independence. As a Business Developer, you’re hungry to get out there, build connections and grow our community by signing up restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries and local food retailers.
Your role
Located in Madrid, you will research the market to find interesting prospects, identify stakeholders/decision-makers and generate interest about Too Good To Go in the assigned area.
We keep it simple! We organise our weeks to work-from-home 2-3 days, prospecting and qualifying new leads, spending the remaining 2-3 days in the field, going to meetings and opening stores profiles in our app!
You will introduce new partners to the world of Too Good To Go, train them on how to use the app and advise them on finding the best possible solution for food waste.
You will work with monthly targets and KPIs, defining both the quantity and quality of the stores we attract.
You will participate in the department’s monthly trainings and activities (such as negotiation skills training)
Requirements
You have some experience in sales, including cold acquisition, preferably in a start-up environment or in the hospitality sector.
You have strong communication skills
You are fluent in Spanish and you have good understanding of spoken and written english.
You are located in Madrid, happy to be on the field 2-3 days a week.
You have a genuine passion for the mission (you also dream of a planet without food waste!).
You are result driven, happy to work towards monthly targets and objectives
You are positive, proactive, creative and resourceful.
You are open to new ideas and happy to share/receive feedback, always looking for new ways to improve.
You are happy to work autonomously, happy to adapt to an always developing work environment!
