Robert Half has partnered with a well-known global professional services firm in search of an office manager. The office manager role is hybrid position seeking a high potential experienced office manager with 3+ years of recent experience.
The role is located in the heard of downtown Denver will offer a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
The role will support a small group of managing directors and also be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a small but growing office.
Executive Support:
Assist Managing Directors and Senior Leadership with calendar management, scheduling, and coordination.
Prepare and submit expense reports for senior staff.
Track time and billing for projects and client engagements.
Handle confidential information and communications with discretion.
Office Management:
Oversee office logistics, including supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep.
Serve as the primary contact for external vendors, ensuring smooth operations and timely service.
Manage mail, deliveries, and other office-related tasks as needed.
Project Assistance:
Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
3+ years of recent office management experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
Proven experience supporting senior-level executives.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with expense and time-tracking software.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Must live within commuting distance of downtown Denver.
