About You
We are on the hunt for a talented, multi-disciplinary Multimedia Designer to join our Creative Marketing team. You will partner with graphic designers, writers, product marketing, and demand generation to conceptualize, design, and produce creative motion graphics and animations for social, email, landing pages as part of specific brand-integrated campaigns. You will also support with traditional digital graphic design needs by supporting the other graphic designers with deliverables when needed.

Responsibilities
Create, develop, and execute original design projects from concept to final delivery including logo animations, graphic design, storyboarding, and promotional graphic elements/videos
Own the creation of highly engaging motion graphics/video while partnering with designers, content writers, and business stakeholders to craft new and edit existing videos, animations, and design assets to support marketing initiatives
Support with designing for a wide variety of digital projects including websites, infographics, static/animated digital advertisements, email graphics, social media graphics, logo, videos, printed materials, and more
Create visual effects, animations, and other related graphics while ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards while adhering to our design process
Prepare artwork and media to best practice/required specs for final approval and distribution
Lead the creative team in evaluating, testing, and adopting new AI capabilities to elevate and scale our video production and quality capabilities
Participate in creative team meetings to provide feedback/collaborate on projects as well as present your work in team design reviews
Contribute to company brand guidelines, visual and graphic standards while communicating with outside agencies when necessary
Requirements
3-5+ years of graphic / digital / multimedia design and content marketing experience with an established digital agency, online media publication, ad agency, or in-house creative team
Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premier, etc.), MS Office, PPT, and Camtasia
Experience with WordPress is a plus
Hands-on experience in creative process, from concept to completion
A strong balance of visual storytelling, brand identity, typography, layout, and illustration design skills as well as written and oral communication skills
A solutions-oriented mentality with the ability to think differently and be a creative problem solver
Well organized, creative storyteller, collaborative, and deadline-oriented
Ability to prioritize, work quickly, multi-task, and thrive under tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Film, Animation, or related discipline preferred.
