LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Medical Benefits Rep for a growing organization in Arcadia, CA.
Contract | Hybrid| Full Time | $20-24/hour DOE
Responsibilities
⢠Answering incoming calls related to Medicare benefit plans.
⢠Ensuring that patient records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
⢠Handle calls and work with internal and external departments to answer questions and concerns.
Qualifications
⢠Bilingual in English and Korean
⢠2+ years of office administrative experience
⢠2+ years of healthcare experience
⢠Knowledge of HIPPA and other medical insurance regulations.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
