JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled campaign producer to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and marketing managers to drive the execution of various campaigns including email, push, and SMS, based on customer data and event triggers. This role involves building segments and audiences, basic HTML troubleshooting, and ensuring the highest quality of work through manual quality assurance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign goals, requirements, and timelines.
Build and send email, push, and SMS campaigns, including ad-hoc campaigns and automations.
Use segmentation tools to build targeted audiences.
Perform basic HTML troubleshooting and quality assurance for campaigns.
Generate reports using ESP tools and Tableau dashboards, contributing ideas and practices for continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in building and sending emails, preferably with Braze.
Intermediate knowledge of HTML and a marketing script language (liquid script preferred).
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
