The IT Solutions Administrator will support technical solutions covering a wide and complex range of technology solutions including, but not limited to, enterprise faxing, printing, monitoring, and FTP.

 

Past experience deploying large system-wide enterprise solutions is a must.

 

Understanding clinical and end user workflows to assist with optimization will be the heart of this role.

Job Description:

Strong understanding of various enterprise applications and solutions such as Enterprise printing, faxing, monitoring and FTP

Responsible for deploying large system-wide enterprise solutions. In charge of troubleshooting and providing solutions on escalation of ticket support

Visits hospitals and clinical areas to assist with workflow optimization

Manages and maintains software patching and update levels

Manages 7x24x365 support of online production systems, may be required to carry a pager and be available during off hours

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required. Extensive knowledge in the field and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum 1-3 years related work experience required

Experience deploying large system-wide enterprise solutions and with documentation tools

May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases. Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and/or other web-based applications.)
