HRIS Admin: Remote
We are looking for a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Admin to support and maintain our HRIS application, UKG.
HRIS Admin responsibilities include supporting employees and HR team with UKG troubleshooting and maintenance. The HRIS Admin ensures employee data is accurate and up-to-date, maintains data integrity and confidentiality, while keeping the UKG database current with changes in employee and company information.
Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operation of our HR Information System, UKG
Provide reactive administrative support to our HR team.
Maintain the integrity of our employee data.
Help deploy UKG module activities during different business cycles, like Performance Reviews, Compensation Reviews, & Open Enrollment.
Assist with timeclock enrollment.
Aid in new hire onboarding processing in UKG.
Help test and execute new UKG modules and add-ons.
Generate reports and analytics from the system.
Clear errors in Workforce Management
Support management & staff with UKG related login issues, data maintenance items, and functionality.
Requirements and skills
Hands on experience with UKG Pro, and Workforce Dimensions databases
Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills
Customer service experience
BA/BS with 1 year of experience in the related area
