Role overview:
As an HR Specialist (Interim), you own part of the recruitment and selection processes across global teams to help HCP achieve its strategic goals. You partner with the talent acquisition team as well as with business leadership to provide them with necessary information and insights about the job market, so they can make timely and informed decisions. You analyze every stage of the recruitment pipeline, providing improvements in the selection process when necessary.
You also partner with the General Manager to provide operational support for other HR processes (such as onboarding, event organization, equipment management, employee documentation, etc.).
Part of your job will involve the operational execution of various learning and development initiatives (e.g., scheduling training sessions, facilitating internal mentoring programs, etc.).
You will operate in a global environment, assisting not only in the Polish division but also our teams in Brazil, the Philippines, Mexico, and other parts of South America.
Compensation: 2 800 – 3 500 USD per month (B2B)

Essential Functions:
Acquiring applications for ongoing recruitment processes; job posting, recruitment marketing, and sourcing candidates
Coordinating the selection processes; candidate screening, managing the candidate pipeline, liaising with hiring managers, and supporting recruitment decision-making
Regularly measuring recruitment activities; analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions and recommendations
Coordinating the onboarding process
Managing contractor documentation; updating contracts and maintaining employee files
Supporting ongoing operational activities; managing equipment shipments and sending packages to employees
Providing occasional support for other HR processes and learning and development initiatives, like internal communication, updating HR processes on the intranet, and organizing events.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology or Human Resources, or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with relevant experience
2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the IT industry)
Analytical mindset and excellent data-driven communication skills
Technically literate-able to operate in a fast-moving SaaS company using an evolving toolset
Agile learner-able to navigate change and help speed adoption
Process thinking-the ability to come up with process solutions when encountering new problems to solve
Flexibility and startup mindset, with readiness to quickly get involved in various operational processes when needed
Fluent in English and Polish, with the ability to operate in a global organization (you will support not only the Polish division but also global teams in South America, Brazil, and the Philippines)
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
