MySigrid is looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic individual to join our team as a Franchise Consultant – Front End Caller. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for potential franchisees. Your ultimate goal will be to educate prospective clients about the franchise industry, the benefits of working with a franchise consultant, rather than sell any specific brand.

Responsibilities:
Lead Management:Utilize our CRM system to access leads and initiate outbound calls to potential franchisees.
Client Engagement:Engage clients in meaningful conversations using provided scripts, emphasizing the benefits of franchise ownership and the value of working with a franchise consultant.
Rapport Building:Listen attentively to clients’ aspirations, concerns, and motivations regarding franchise ownership, building rapport and trust along the way.
Education:Educate clients on the diverse range of franchise opportunities within our portfolio without discussing individual franchises in detail.
Guidance:Emphasize the importance of aligning franchise choices with clients’ personal and professional goals, providing unbiased guidance.
Financial Assessment:Assess clients’ financial readiness to invest in a franchise, including savings, loans, and credit scores, while ensuring no impending major financial commitments.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or consulting roles.
Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for connecting with people and building genuine relationships.
An empathetic listener who genuinely cares about helping clients achieve their entrepreneurial aspirations.
Strong sales and persuasion abilities, focusing on selling the concept of franchise ownership and the value of consulting services.
Adherence to guidelines and scripts, with the flexibility to tailor conversations to meet individual client needs.
Detail-oriented and proficient in using CRM systems for lead management.
Willingness to learn about franchising dynamics and trends to better serve clients.
