About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Client Services team in support of the NFL business. The Client Services team is ultimately responsible for a flawless execution of our creator campaigns and delivering high-quality, high-performing content. You’ll simultaneously work across multiple NFL initiatives with varying clients, stakeholders, internal partners and content creators so organization and excellent communication skills are essential.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Provide white glove client service while ensuring campaigns and day-to-day operations run smoothly and adhere to timelines to include all administrative tasks.
Source, negotiate, contract and manage creators across multiple campaign projects.
Collaborate to develop creator briefs, club briefs, creative concepts, and other campaign documents.
Arrange travel logistics for creators and team members for various weekly events.
Manage creators and ensure a smooth game day experience – ability to problem solve in real time.
Track and manage content deliverables for creators, ensuring all deliverables are met and updated regularly in our trackers.
Review and monitor content to ensure it aligns with briefs, avoiding any IP infringements or FTC issues.
Lead or be an active participant on internal and external meetings, adding value with keen knowledge of the brand, roster of creators, strategy and campaign goals/ KPIs
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Have 4-5+ years’ agency or brand experience, sports industry experience a plus
Have experience working at in-person events or activations
Have knowledge and passion for football/sports
Be willing to travel 1-2 times per month during the NFL season
Have strong detail-oriented communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Have a solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and an insatiable appetite for learning about industry innovations
Appreciate and understand the value of creativity
Thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued more than job titles, rigid structure and legacy ways of working
The salary range for this role is $60,000 – $75,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate’s experience, expertise, alignment with the position’s requirements, and ultimately budget approvals.
This hybrid role, based in Hudson Yards, NY, offers flexibility and collaboration, allowing you to choose any three days a week to work from our vibrant office.
