The Headlines:

In the role of anAssociate Project Managerworking inMilwaukee, WIyou will be part of the Project Management and Commercializationteam. You will plan, organize, schedule, and manage the implementation of the leadership approved projects in the Molson Coors way. The majority of the projects associated with this position support the commercial aspirations our core brands, our import and export business, as well as commitments to our contract partners.

 

This position reports to the Core Program Manager and works closely with our Forecasting, Planning and Commercialization teams.

The Responsibilities:

. Capability to utilize internal, external and consultant resources to achieve set objectives and/or complete projects

. Ability to analyze data and recognize detrimental trends that could impact the company through increased costs, potential regulatory issues or risk management impact

. Apply project management and other expertise to the implementation of approved projects while assisting with the development of project management capacity in the Company

. Lead supply chain execution of large capital transformation projects and packaging cost savings initiatives

. Development of design concepts and cost estimates for large and complex projects

. Commitment to customer service with maintained customer focus and customer involvement

The Other Qualifications:

. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain OR 3+ years of Project Management experience with CPG experience

. Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment

. You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

. You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

. You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.

. You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

. You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you

. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Power BI
