Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Instagram Inbox Management: Engage with potential clients through Instagram, generating interest and securing sales calls.
Cold Email Outreach: Craft compelling cold emails to prospects, aiming to set up meetings and establish new business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Proactively scrape leads and identify new opportunities to expand our client base.
Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing sales funnels to maximize revenue generation.
Proposal Follow-up: Diligently follow up on sent proposals, ensuring timely responses and increasing conversion rates.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning our services effectively.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing insights to improve performance and drive growth.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an appointment setter, leads generation, sales assistant, or sales admin role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in lead generation techniques and sales funnel management
Strong understanding of cold emailing strategies
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
