Contract Length: 6 months

 

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

 

This is a hybrid position. 3 days in the Warwick RI Farmers location and 2 days remote. Hours will be 8am-4:30pm ET OR 8:30am-5pm ET

 

JOB SUMMARY:

 

The Commission Administrative Assistant will support the Commission team by performing the following essential functions:

 

รขย€ยข Provide daily data entry support for the commission functions:

 

รขย€ยข Working the negative balance report on a monthly basis

 

รขย€ยข Logging incoming checks

 

รขย€ยข Work the uncashed check report, voiding and reissuing payments as needed

 

รขย€ยข Process book transfers and order books of business as needed

 

รขย€ยข Premium increase notices

 

รขย€ยข Monthly report status update for management

 

รขย€ยข Updating PAKII daily transaction error report

 

รขย€ยข Pulling Group Broker reports and statements

 

รขย€ยข Keying polices for special projects (test data)

 

รขย€ยข Triage mailboxes

 

รขย€ยข QC (quality checks) where needed

 

รขย€ยข Key book transfers and order books of business

 

รขย€ยข Any tasks required by management to support commission process and projects

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

รขย€ยข 1-2 years related experience

 

รขย€ยข Professional, organized, conscientious, accurate and thorough

 

รขย€ยข Attention to detail & good follow-up skills a must

 

รขย€ยข Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask

 

รขย€ยข Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

 

รขย€ยข Good analytical ability and judgment.

 

รขย€ยข Assertive in applying/enforcing policies and procedures related to their job.

 

รขย€ยข Accepts accountability to maintain accurate reports and files.

 

รขย€ยข Excellent written and oral communication skills

 

รขย€ยข Ability to work effectively with systems and spreadsheets.
