IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
This is a hybrid position. 3 days in the Warwick RI Farmers location and 2 days remote. Hours will be 8am-4:30pm ET OR 8:30am-5pm ET
JOB SUMMARY:
The Commission Administrative Assistant will support the Commission team by performing the following essential functions:
รขยยข Provide daily data entry support for the commission functions:
รขยยข Working the negative balance report on a monthly basis
รขยยข Logging incoming checks
รขยยข Work the uncashed check report, voiding and reissuing payments as needed
รขยยข Process book transfers and order books of business as needed
รขยยข Premium increase notices
รขยยข Monthly report status update for management
รขยยข Updating PAKII daily transaction error report
รขยยข Pulling Group Broker reports and statements
รขยยข Keying polices for special projects (test data)
รขยยข Triage mailboxes
รขยยข QC (quality checks) where needed
รขยยข Key book transfers and order books of business
รขยยข Any tasks required by management to support commission process and projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
รขยยข 1-2 years related experience
รขยยข Professional, organized, conscientious, accurate and thorough
รขยยข Attention to detail & good follow-up skills a must
รขยยข Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
รขยยข Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
รขยยข Good analytical ability and judgment.
รขยยข Assertive in applying/enforcing policies and procedures related to their job.
รขยยข Accepts accountability to maintain accurate reports and files.
รขยยข Excellent written and oral communication skills
รขยยข Ability to work effectively with systems and spreadsheets.
รขยยข Ability to work in a team environment.
