We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the multimedia industry.
The role will be located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, and will involve a combination of in-office and remote work.
This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
⢠Assist with the coordination of vendors and booking reservations for business travel
⢠Handle customer service tasks including answering inbound calls and resolving inquiries
⢠Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records
⢠Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments
⢠Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various administrative tasks
⢠Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
Requirements
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
⢠Experience in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
⢠Proven track record in providing high-quality customer service
⢠Skilled in data entry with a high level of accuracy
⢠Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
⢠Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
⢠Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⢠Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
