Administrative Assistant

Contract/Temp to Hire

$20.00 – $25.00 per Hour

LHH is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a contract-to-hire position in Houston, TX.

Type: contract-to-hire

Location: Houston, TX 77007 – HYBRID schedule – Mon/Tues/Weds (in-office) & Thurs/Fri (remote)

Pay Range: $20-25/hr DOE

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm

DUTIES:

• Answer and transfer calls and manage phone switchboard

• Heavy email correspondence to employees

• Match vendors email & invoices with PO’s

• Process/sort mail daily

• Expense reporting

• Calendar management

• Coordinate meetings

• Order supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma

SKILLS:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel (basic skills – i.e. formulas and formatting)

• Type at least 50 WPM

• Must have good communication skills and flexible attitude

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2-4 years of administrative experience

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
