$65/hr – $80/hr

This well-known company is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for a 6-month contract, with plans to extend/convert to full-time. This role is hybrid based in Chicago, IL.

As a large player in the biotech industry, this company is on the cutting edge of research and development. One of their teams is looking for a frontend engineer to help build out a new application. They’re looking for someone who’s an expert with React 18 and TypeScript. Following best practices in terms of methodology, documentation, and testing will be valued. Experience using Node and/or Python scripting will also be useful.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

**Required Skills & Experience**

Experience with Node.js
Experience employing best practices for frontend development
B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science or a related field
**Desired Skills & Experience**

Previous work in the biotech/pharma space
Experience with Python scripting
Experience with database design and management
Experience with API development
