The Role
iDeals Sales team has driven our impressive double-digit year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To further maximize the effectiveness of our sales organization and accelerate this momentum, we seek a result-driven Senior Revenue Operations Specialist.
We are looking for a strategically-minded, proactive individual who can effectively analyze revenue data, proactively identify areas for improvement, support and launch efficient sales processes, and run complex revenue projects. In this role, you will be a mediator within revenue teams and other functions within the organization.
You will play a crucial role in driving our rapid global expansion and revenue growth by supporting and driving various revenue process-related projects.
What You Will Do
Build, Review, Evaluate, Update, and Support a variety of revenue processes with high visibility across the company and following best change management principles
Introduce best market practices to the processes
Bring insights, convert insights into action plans, execute action plans
Maintain cross-department communication regarding revenue team processes and needs
Maintain the documentation for current and new processes, create documentation for new processes
Run projects and pilots
Act as a source of expertise, and consult the revenue teams on various revenue related questions
What We Look For
3+ years of a proven background in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
Proficiency in English (C1+), both verbal and written
Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Spreadsheets / Analytical tools (i.e. Tableau)
Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret revenue data
Expertise in optimizing and building processes
Strong project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in using CRM and revenue management tools
