Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating all Facilities Administration activities related to lease agreements and real estate transactions for all organizational entities. Facilitates the execution of real property transactions, lease agreements, and payment of property taxes.

Job Duties:

Coordinates and works in conjunction with leadership for all new property acquisitions and sales and new lease negotiations.

Coordinates renewals of all existing leases.

Manages, tracks, and processes all lease payments for the system’s leased properties.

Maintains the Software System with updated lease information.

Manages and updates the third-party Fair Market Value Surveys for all regions of the organization.

Utilizes the Fair Market Value Survey to calculate and provide Fair Market Values to necessary parties for lease development and renewal.

Manages, tracks, and processes all tax payments for both the system’s leased and owned properties.

Manages and maintains the property tax component of the SharePoint real estate site.

Participates either independently or as a member of a team in conducting site visits to inspect and evaluate potential property acquisitions.

*Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained (Associate’s Degree = 2 years; Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years).

Position Details:

Must reside within the Geisinger footprint.

Hybrid with the expectation to travel onsite for meetings and site visits.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years-Relevant experience* (Required)

Certification(s) and License(s):

Valid Driver’s License – Default Issuing Body
