Job description

As an Associate Manager, Field Service, you will lead a diverse team of Field Technicians within your designated Region to develop their individual talents while driving the performance of the MedSurg and Neurotechnology Instrument Business Unit. 50% travel throughout California and Nevada.

What You Will Do:

You will lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth

Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers

You will champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business

Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them more efficient

What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree required

6 years of relevant work experience

2 years people leadership preferred

Vendor management experience preferred

SAP experience is a plus

Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM

$94,100 – $154,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
