Customer Assistance: Help customers with inquiries about products, orders, and services.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, such as order tracking, returns, and payment problems.
Order Management: Assist customers with placing new orders, updating account information, and processing refunds.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
This is a fully remote role, meaning you can work from the comfort of your home or anywhere with a reliable internet connection. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training to teach you everything you need to know about our systems, tools, and customer service best practices.
To get started, you’ll need to pass a simple online assessment, which you maybe invited after review of your resume/cv if we like it we will invite you the online assesment which includes:
A typing test (40+ WPM required).
A customer service scenario quiz (e.g., how would you handle an upset customer?).
