Detailed Responsibilities
Content Curation & Posting: Assist the Digital Marketing team in scheduling and publishing daily content across social media channels (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Engagement Monitoring: Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions, providing timely responses and escalating issues to the customer care team as needed.
Trend Identification: Actively follow and report on emerging social media trends, popular memes, and platform feature updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Basic Reporting: Track and compile weekly data on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) under the guidance of a senior marketer.
Training & Development: Complete all mandatory foundational training modules on brand voice, platform best practices, and digital analytics.
Administrative Support: Assist with routine data entry, organizing content assets, and maintaining our digital media library.

Take a mandatory online assessment covering English comprehension, basic digital literacy, and creative thinking.
Self-schedule and complete a video interview via Microsoft Teams (video must be on).

Compensation & Trainee Benefits
Starting Pay: Competitive hourly wage between $17.00 and $22.00 USD, depending on your location and assessment results.
Regular Reviews: Performance and pay review after the initial 6-month traineeship period.

Requirements & Qualifications
 

Mandatory Requirements:
Must be fully fluent in English (both written and spoken comprehension) for content creation and team communication.
Must be a highly motivated quick learner with a strong desire to build a career in digital marketing.
Must be consistently “online” and actively use major social media platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of current internet culture.
Must have a dedicated, quiet, self-provided workspace and meet specific technical requirements.
Technical Requirements (Critical):
A reliable computer or laptop (Windows or Mac supported).
Stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for video calls and content upload.
A modern smartphone (iOS or Android) for mobile platform testing and content creation.

Training & Schedule
Training: 4 weeks of paid, mandatory virtual training. This includes self-paced modules and live interactive workshops.
Training will be conducted primarily during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours for the first week to establish core concepts.
Attendance and active participation are required.
Post-Training Schedule:
Primarily a flexible schedule that requires autonomous work to meet daily posting and engagement goals.
Must complete 40 hours per week and be available for urgent responses during peak online hours in your region.
Periodic synchronous team check-ins via Microsoft Teams during ET business hours (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 AM ET) will be required.
