Insight Global is looking to add a Triage Analyst to our client’s team in the St. Louis, MO. This individual will be joining a team dedicated to the ordering operations for our client. This person will be responsible for overseeing the triage order of the business unit. On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for ensuring every defect that comes in is aligned with a triage. In 2025 they have already had 2,000 defects so they are constantly rolling in. This role allows for this individual to oversee how the department operates and is a great stepping stone person who is looking to get their feet wet in IT. This role is 4 days in office and 1 remote in St. Louis.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree in IT or any previous IT experience

Experience with MS Office Suite

Great communication skills

Eager to advance their career in the IT industry Testing experience
