Position: Real Estate & Facilities Project Manager
Location: Fully Remote (must reside in a serviceable area)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

THE POSITION: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate and Facilities Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our real estate and facility-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in real estate management, lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and facilities project execution. You will play a key role in driving the success of our real estate projects, from site selection to final project completion, ensuring all objectives are met within budget, on time, and in compliance with company standards.
Supply Chain Management?
Oversee logistics network optimization, inventory control strategies.?
Work with legal, finance, and operations teams to review contracts and manage real estate transactions.?
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and vendors.?
Operations & Fulfillment Project Management?
Plan and manage supply chain initiatives, including warehouse efficiency improvements, transportation strategies, and fulfillment process enhancements.?
Ensure all projects adhere to budget, timelines, and quality standards.?
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics improvements and inventory management solutions.?
Oversee vendor management for supply chain-related services, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.?
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and company policies.?
Project Planning & Execution?
Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines for supply chain and logistics initiatives.?
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.?
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.?
Provide regular updates to leadership, tracking project performance and financials.?
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate project management, facilities management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of lease agreements, contract negotiations, and property management.
Experience in facility project execution, including construction, remodeling, and maintenance.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel as needed for site visits and project oversight.

Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are ages birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
