Our Wealth Product Operations team
Youâll help refine our operations by optimising key processes to help us safely scale our products and features to millions of customers. You will be able to leverage our established and award-winning customer service operations whilst also working closely with the Product, Engineering, Partnerships and Risk & Compliance teams to deliver a delightful experience for our users.
You will report to the Wealth Operations Lead, as well as the cross-functional team developing savings, investment and pension products at Monzo.
Youâll play a key role by…
Developing and implementing operational improvements to enhance our growth and scalability
Working closely with third parties that Monzo integrates with to administer wealth products
Monitoring key performance and risk indicators to improve customer experience and operational performance
Overseeing day-to-day operations and escalations, regularly reviewing process to incorporate best practices
Ensuring compliance with Monzo policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborating with Product, Engineering and Customer Service teams to ship our roadmap

Proven track record in designing operations within regulated financial services
Previous experience of securities & investment operations, which might include: dealing, custody operations, transfers, or product administration
Familiarity with applicable FCA and HMRC rules, including Pensions, CASS and ISA Regulations
Experience launching and scaling consumer products and working with third-party providers
A strong ability to drive tangible outcomes, thrive in ambiguity with structured problem-solving, and challenge the status quo
An analytical mind set in developing scalable operational strategies, identifying key metrics to evaluate success, and highly detail-oriented
Collaborative communicator, able to work effectively across functions, levels, and cultures, with clear and persuasive communication skills
Fast learner who is humble, curious, and enthusiastic about building and scaling new initiatives to reach millions
