We’re seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer III (SDE III) to join our Developer Platform Ecosystem team. You’ll build tools and platform architecture that empower both internal and external developers to create their offerings efficiently. You’ll also enhance our platform through reseller and partner integrations, addressing key feature gaps.
As a Software Development Engineer, you’ll be a core technical contributorâsolving complex engineering problems, designing scalable solutions, and elevating our developer experience.

Core Development Responsibilities:
Build and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions for our developer platform ecosystem, serving millions of users.
Solve complex problems independently while helping other developers succeed through software engineering best practices.
Create and contribute to cutting-edge systems that debug and resolve production issues in real time for both internal and external developers.
Develop comprehensive automation and testing frameworks to ensure platform reliability and real-time regression testing across decoupled systems.
Design modular test cases for seamless integration into shared environments.
Design, develop, and maintain SDKs for smooth platform integration.
Create developer tools and frameworks that streamline application development and maintenance.
Develop capabilities and features to address gaps for partners, developers, and users across the broader company ecosystem.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Collaborate with internal and external developers to improve platform features and usability.
Partner with product managers, UX designers, and technical stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver value.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing.
Engage in code & architecture proposal reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions to uphold development standards.
Lead small cross-functional initiatives, including architecture proposals, technical initiatives, and retrospectives
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Research and experiment with emerging technologies to enhance our platform.
Champion and implement best practices in software engineering, testing, and automation.
Improve performance through scalable architecture patterns that emphasize quality, modularity, and extensibility.
Support internal open-source projects and engineering working groups.
Your experience should include…
5+ years of software development experience with backend, frontend, or full-stack expertise.
Mastery of at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, PHP) and working knowledge of Node/TypeScript.
Deep understanding of API design, open-source communities, framework development, and GraphQL server-side schema design.
Proven track record of developing SDKs, libraries, or developer-friendly APIs with scalability in mind.
Strong debugging skills, performance optimization expertise, andclean coding practices.
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
Self-motivation combined with excellent cross-functional team collaboration skills.
You might also have…
Background in developer tooling, API ecosystems, or SDK development.
Knowledge of serverless architectures and service provider routing systems.
Expertise in performance testing, observability, and instrumentation.
Experience with partner integrations, reseller ecosystems, or B2BSaaS platforms
