Job Description

Duties:

Lead agile software product development and serve as the key liaison between the business, user experience design and technology teams.

Deliver on-time while maintaining execution excellence and adhering to budgets.

Distill the long-term vision and strategy for the team and build the roadmap to get us there.

Oversee product and feature discovery to find new ways to lift KPIs related to reducing friction, customer satisfaction and future client prospecting.

Create and define the features and customer experience through high quality business requirements and user stories while managing the scope of each release.

Use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to balance constraints and customer needs to ensure execution of the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.

Must have 5 years of progressive experience working in a digital tech-related role(s) performing/utilizing the following:

Product/project management tools, including JIRA and Asana

Hands-on product management in a digital role

Performing business analysis and/or product design

Working in an Agile/Scrum and Lean environment in a Business Analyst/Product Owner role.

Leveraging data analytics to gather insights for developing product feature requirements.

Driving user research to identify users’ requirements and provide workable solutions to address them

Working on Enterprise level Content Management Systems

Must have at least 1 year experience with:

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Site optimization (A/B testing and Multivariate testing) and personalization

Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of and reports to Invesco offices in New York, NY. Must be available to travel to New York, NY regularly for meetings and reviews with manager and project teams within 24-hours’ notice.

Salary range: $155,542 – 165,000 per year
