Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies – from the worldâs largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups – use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
What You’ll Do
As a Product Enablement PMM, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales team’s capabilities to effectively sell Stripe’s diverse product portfolio. Working closely with both the Enablement Programs PMM and Core Product PMM teams, you will develop and execute targeted enablement programs and collateral that drive Stripeâs growth and enhance sales effectiveness. Your expertise will ensure that our sellers have the resources, knowledge, and confidence they need to successfully position and sell the value of Stripe to prospects and customers.
Responsibilities:
Become a subject matter expert on your aligned product category, deeply understanding the value proposition and capabilities to effectively support our sales teams.
Partner with product sales leaders to identify ongoing skills and enablement gaps and develop solutions to address these needs.
Create and maintain high-quality, product-specific sales enablement content, including playbooks, pitch decks, product demos, and one-pagers.
Drive readiness for new product launches by managing all related enablement activities, creating training content, and facilitating live sessions to ensure sellers are equipped to engage customers effectively.
Own the customer-facing product roadmap process for your product category, collaborating with the Enablement Programs PMM to align efforts and provide visibility into future enablement needs.
Partner closely with Global Sales Enablement to develop and implement effective onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure new and existing sellers have a robust understanding of the products they represent.
Regularly engage with regional PMMs so they can adapt training and resources to meet local market needs and dynamics.
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with other enablement teams and individuals across the organization
Track and analyze enablement program effectiveness through various metrics and analytics, iterating and optimizing your approach continuously.
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field, with a strong focus on directly supporting sales teams and driving their success.
You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex information into engaging and accessible content for diverse audiences.
You’re an analytical thinker, capable of using data to evaluate the impact of your programs and make informed decisions to enhance sales enablement initiatives.
You excel in collaborative environments and can effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
You’re passionate about technology and stay ahead of trends in the fintech industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the customer journey and buyer personas.
You are adept at using sales enablement tools and technologies, and have experience creating engaging training materials.
Weâre looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Why Join Us?
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on how our sales teams succeed at Stripe. You will have the chance to foster a productive and inclusive environment, driving innovative enablement strategies that align with our broader business objectives. If you’re excited about technology and want to ensure our sales teams are world-class, we invite you to apply and help shape the future of Stripe’s sales enablement.
Hybrid work at Stripe
This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.
Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $143,300 – $214,900. For sales roles, the range provided is the roleâs On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidateâs experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
