Detailed Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process a high volume of data from various digital sources.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents and update existing data as required.
Maintain data integrity by performing regular quality checks on database information.
Generate routine reports and perform basic data analysis as requested.
Securely handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policy.
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and quality standards.

Take a data accuracy and typing assessment on your mobile device or computer.
Self-schedule and complete a video interview via Microsoft Teams (video must be on).

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour (USD).
Automatic Raises: Pay increases every 3 months for the first 2 years.
Monthly Bonus: “Pay for Performance” incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members.

Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:

Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken comprehension).
Must be available for occasional team meetings during core business hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET).
Must have a suitable, self-provided workspace and meet specific technical requirements.
We are hiring 30 new candidates for this role during this hiring cycle.
Technical Requirements (Critical):

A computer or laptop running a Microsoft Windows operating system (not older than 3 years).
Stable, high-speed internet connection.
Not Supported: Mac/Apple computers, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks.

Training & Schedule
Training: 3 weeks of paid, mandatory virtual training.

Training will be conducted Monday – Friday with a schedule aligned to Eastern Time (ET) for the first week.
Attendance and participation are required.
Post-Training Schedule:

Primarily a flexible schedule with autonomous work.
Must complete 40 hours per week and meet all deadlines.
Some periodic synchronous team check-ins during ET business hours will be required.
