Job Description:
Responsibilities
This position will be 100% remote role and will require 70% travel
Position Responsibilities:
Lead or actively involved in the development and deployment of Martin Brower Standard Operating Procedures and systems
Supports and coordinates the integration and training of J.D. Edwards, Paragon, Manhattan Warehouse Management System, Koerber Warehouse Management System, Business Intelligence Reporting
Ability to include process mapping current to future state with gaps and benefits
Support the development and deployment of change management plans and materials
Delivery of change management materials and interaction with end users
Provide user training and support through Information technology systems implementation
Travel could be up to 70% of the time, including extended international travel assignments
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience OR a High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 8 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree / MBA
