Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a New Business Executive to drive sales for Campus Integrated Facilities Management.

Remote Role! Candidates should be based in proximity to a major airport and be located in Chicago, Illinois, Los Angeles, California, Denver, Colorado, Dallas, Texas, Kansas City, Missouri or Des Moines, Iowa

Travel is required for success in this role up to 70%.

If so, we want you on our team! We’re seeking a New Business Development Executive to lead business development efforts for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) in the Campus sector. In this role, you’ll identify new opportunities, cultivate strong partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Sodexo seeks the highest caliber sales executive who has leadership skills to move our business forward. Sales leaders at Sodexo are innovative and driven to create rewarding partnerships, while embodying our core values of Spirit of Progress, Team Spirit and Spirit of Service.

The New Business Executive will partner with the Sales VP to develop and implement innovative sales strategies to target, grow and sell integrated Facility Management solutions. Services include Custodial, Grounds, Maintenance, Energy Management and Capital Planning programs within the campus segment.

What You’ll Do

Develop new sales and and cross sell to existing accounts within the assigned geographic area.

Recommend sales strategies based on market research and analysis

Lead the sales process including prospect qualification, proposal development, proposal presentation and contract negotiations.

Drive sales efforts in a high-potential, growing market.

Offer comprehensive IFM services that optimize campus operations.

Work with a talented team of industry experts to develop and execute winning sales strategies.

Develop and execute a sales pipeline strategy to accelerate business growth

Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to.

Work collaboratively to solve deal-level challenges.

Consultative sales experience

Track record of quota attainment as an individual contributor

History of closing complex multi-million-dollar contracts

Knowledge of FM Solutions

Experience leading complex and technical sales processes

Ability to multitask and deal with shifting priorities

Unparalleled persuasion, influence, and closing skills

Ability to thrive in fast paced, agile, matrix-ed environment
