The Opportunity

“We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical business process analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for writing and defining functional business process definitions, as well as configuring complex validation rules. This role requires a deep understanding of HR business workflows and the ability to translate them into clear and actionable process documents. The candidate should be proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex business needs, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with our IT, Finance, Risk Assurance and HR colleagues.” – HR Operations-Sr Director.

What You’ll Contribute

Work to enhance Workday business processes in the areas of HR, Recruiting, Payroll and Operations.

Use Workday tools to write critical reporting for internal and external clients.

Maintain data integrity in the Workday system by coordinating data audits and clean-up efforts.

Assist with the investigation and resolution of system errors and bugs, and implement solutions.

Continually learn new technologies in the Workday system.

Address escalated service tickets related to complex Workday issues including root cause analysis and testing of changes.

Provide subject matter expertise for creation of training materials for the broader organization.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Risk Assurance and IT to optimize our investment in Workday.

What We’re Seeking

Workday HCM Experience is required.  Key focus areas include HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management and Talent, and Payroll.

Strong knowledge background in Workday functional HR with a clear understanding of concepts of organizational hierarchy set up, configurable security, tenant setup, custom field mapping and business process design.

Develop and document comprehensive business process definitions to guide and support functional operations.

Understanding of HR Operations and HR Data especially in a global arena.

Experience writing report specifications, including experience with calculated fields.

Ability to work well as part of a geographically diverse team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace frequent change.

Proficient to expert level Excel skills.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $63,000 to $99,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
