Salary Range:$90,000.00 To $115,000.00 Annually

Role Summary:

The IT Support and Application Specialist will play a key role on the IT Support Team. The position will require hands-on support for new and existing systems, end-user support, and collaboration with team members and business stakeholders. This role will oversee Help Desk systems, manage user access, support business applications, and contribute to training and documentation initiatives.

What You’ll do:

Work with teams on large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Oversee and provide technical support for help desk operations and ticketing system.

Monitor and track IT tasks and support requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.

Provide ongoing support for deployed applications, such as Microsoft 365, Adobe Systems, HubSpot, SharePoint, and other critical applications.

Administer user accounts and permissions across multiple systems, ensuring compliance with security policies.

Monitor and audit access controls to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Assist in the administration of enterprise applications, resolving user issues and escalating complex problems as needed.

Assist with the development and delivery of IT training sessions and user documentation.

Work collaboratively with team members on various projects and strategic initiatives.

Serve as a key team member, working closely with the Senior Business Analyst to support cross-functional initiatives and provide backup support as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in IT support, application support, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of user access management tools and processes.

Superior knowledge of Microsoft 365, Adobe Systems, and ticketing systems.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address technical and operational challenges.

Experience in creating training materials and delivering user training sessions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with HubSpot and SharePoint is a plus.

This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will work from the Manhattan office two – three days a week. The salary range is $90,000 – $115,000, dependent on experience.
