Job Description

OpenLoop is seeking a Director of Operations, Patient Experience and Engagement to lead and optimize the end-to-end virtual care journey for patients across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) partners. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling patient engagement strategies that prioritize access, communication, and satisfaction. The Director will focus on improving the patient experience, ensuring seamless virtual care delivery, and driving patient retention. Key responsibilities include developing and managing patient communication protocols, analyzing patient feedback to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the virtual care platform, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, patient experience, and virtual healthcare, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling patient engagement initiatives.
