Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity
Hybrid Detroit, MI: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
We are seeking a skilled and expert Business Salesforce Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and goals. They will work closely with partners to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce within the organization. They take a broad perspective to resolve how such solutions will affect existing work processes and systems, and how to handle the integration. They also display innovation in identifying, proposing, and being responsible for the execution of business solutions.
The Work Itself
Collaborate with business collaborators to capture and document requirements for Salesforce projects.
Analyze business processes and find opportunities for improvement and automation using Salesforce.
Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
Fix and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, data integrity, and user access.
Assist in data migration and data quality initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable data within Salesforce.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate information exchange and uphold system documentation.
Contributes to the business short-and long-term planning sessions and provides direction to ensure understanding of business goals and direction.
Provide assistance in argument development (i.e., research, data collection).
The Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce CPQ is a plus.

Base Pay Range: $55000 – $80000 USD
An individual’s position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
