You’ll partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to track progress, support communication, and keep the engine running smoothly. You’ll: Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables Take clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetings Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking Communicate with clients to share updates and gather feedback Learn the basics of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to support strategy and execution Create and compile data reports with guidance from media team Support the team in identifying account growth opportunities Stay on top of performance marketing trends and best practices Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure work aligns with client goals Complete relevant certifications and training to deepen your knowledge Requirements Must-Have Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing setting Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organization and time management skills Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a digital marketing career Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment Nice-to-Have Experience: Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ClickUp Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools Some hands-on experience with campaign reporting or QA Understanding of project coordination in a client-facing environment AI Expectations At Level, AI is a skillset—not a shortcut.
